If you do not wish to place
an order online, please call (02) 46 311 047 and place the
order by phone. The phone will normally be answered Wax Wizard. Simply state
you wish to order batteries or a charger.

credit card or would prefer to pay by direct deposit, do not place
your order online, but call us on (02) 46 311

Postage
The postage charges are $6.50 up
to 500 grams, between 501 grams and 3 kilograms the cost is $10.30. Over 3
kilograms it goes up $7.80 for every extra 3 kilograms.
International orders
We do not accept
orders from outside Australia from the website. Email us if you have no
alternate supply and we will see what we can do. But no promises!
Errors Policy
Every so often we do make mistakes. If you have a problem with a
product or your order, please email us. We will promptly
correct it with a minimum of fuss.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, The Battery
Wizard's liability is limited to:
-the replacement of the goods or the
supply of equivalent goods;
-the payment of the cost of replacing the goods
or the supply of equivalent goods.
Terms and Conditions
We accept payment by credit cards MasterCard and Visa (no
American Express or Diners Club). If paying by Credit Card your goods will be
shipped immediately. If paying by personal cheque, goods will NOT be sent
until your cheque has been cleared (normally 7 banking days).
